the quality of the ingredients are very nice, however, my turkey bacon club wrap ($12) had basically just lettuce and turkey (2 strips of bacon for the entire wrap, and 2 pieces of tomato) so that was slightly disappointing but even more so; when I went to call them to speak to someone in regards to a request with my order prior to picking it up, the recording says “we do not answer our phones” and offers you to leave a message that will be checked at closing…… if that isn’t the dumbest set up you’ve ever heard of! there were also 2 guys in there preaching about Jesus to the patrons (who had a child with her and looked insanely uncomfortable) which should not been allowed. They should have been made to leave as they did not order anything at all & they shouldn’t be allowed to make others uncomfortable regardless!!! Some of the selections charge you 25¢ to substitute alike sauces (chipotle mayo for plain mayo) Just an overall bad experience.

This is the best sandwich shop in the Montpelier and Barre area! My personal favorite in all of Vermont quite honestly. My sister and I grab a sandwich from here about once a month as a treat. They make the world’s best veggie panini on sour dough. Their turkey bacon sandwiches are also sooooo good. I highly recommend you come here for lunch!

Editing my initial review where I detailed an incident with some avocados that were sub-par quality. Noah at YM reached out directly after the initial review and was profusely apologetic, going above and beyond to make it right. Great staff, good food - my usual lunch spot in Montpelier.
