Unfortunately since new ownership service has gotten slower, don't usually go inside to order bit lately ots alot faster to do so. Saw employees throwing food at each other today and just talking while lines are super long ? need more workers which I know is hard to come by
I mean, it's Dunkin. The consistency is never the same, but that's what your there for! Great staff, you might have to wait, but they always have a positive attitude. Favorite Dunkin by far!
I love DD. And this one--despite how busy it often is--is always staffed by good folks.I see a whole lotta complaints about how slow the service is, and how it's always busy, but too few about how the employees work their butts off. If you can't wait--don't. If you can get it faster somewhere else--do. The employees here have way more patience and kindness than many of their customers deserve.
