Waited for 25 minutes while others after us received their food and drive thru was moving along. Had to then wait for coffee creamer to be changed. My bacon egg cheese biscuit barely had a piece of bacon on it was so tiny. Food did taste good once we got it but we were hungry and the scrambled eggs a little cold and over done. Gentlemen was pleasant.

Slowest service ever. So much for fast food. We ordered lunch one day took our entire half hour to get our food. Ordered breakfast took forever to get thru the drive thru to get our food. Very slow service

I thought they did a pretty good job before. But the last two times were poor and they forget shit you edit on your orders... Then this morning they took sooo long to handle orders. Not even that many people here. It's 8:30 like you should be ready for some breakfast orders you'd think. They made everyone wait at the box for a while before taking the order. Then pulled everyone into curbside parking spots to wait on two mcmuffins?? Lmao you slap sausage between two pieces of bread?? You ain't ready for that?! Lol I was shocked tbh. Hire a better morning crew so they ready for a couple breakfast sandwiches.
Sorry guys but I'm Hangry in the parking lot right now.

Just went thru the drive thru. Got 3 orders of chicken nuggets. They asked what kind of sauce did we want. When we got the order, it was printed really big on the Order Receipt: 2 Ranch Cup, 2 Ketchup Pkt. Guess what NO SAUCE OR KETCHUP in the bag or in the nugget happy meal. What good are nuggets without the sauces? Not very, that’s what. If you are reading this, McDonald’s quality control, order 1285. 12/2/24, 11:44am. 3 unhappy kids in the car.

So I have been here many times before and since it's fast food a lot is inherently forgiven. Inconsistent quality... Service... Wait time ... I get it. Tonight I order a large fries and I ask for pepper packets at the order screen because if you ask at the window it sends these kids into distress. I open my bag and the rocket scientist putting my single item order together places the packets of pepper directly into the food. They were UNDER some of the fries. He INCLUDED IT AS AN INGREDIENT. UNOPENED PAPER PACKETS.
