Dunkin'

Don’t go here unless you have 20 minutes to get a cup from the drip. Brutally slow and inattentive staff. I felt like John Travolta in Pulp Fiction when he’s confused and looking around in the lounge. 1 out of 5 stars. Awful service.

They often don't have enough staff it seems like to keep up with demands. A few times I've waited 40mins for an order that I placed on the app 20m prior to arrival... their food and drinks are consistent though so I keep returning.

Food is usually ok and what you ordered if you are patient, I do not recommend trying to order inside though as more often then not people who do are completely ignored unless they raise a fuss.

The employees were really nice, the drive through line moved quickly and the coffee was what I needed.

Wait times in the morning drive thru are HORRENDOUS.

Went for a Dunkin run to pick up an order for my friend, just for them to mess up i order 2 large frozen coffee no wipe cream but wipe cream was added anyways, and I got myself a Carmel cream frozen coffee but got an ice frozen coffee no Carmel and no wipe cream. I had them change the 2 larg frozen coffee but had missed to have my other order change. I was going to asked if they can redo my other order but another car thats had been waiting a while behind me honked at me to move as my order was being remade so I just left. This isn’t the first time my order has been made wrong other times I just let it go cause I was ether running late or didn't bother me as much thinking new trainees. But that wasn’t the case. Dunkin pls do better. And if you can’t hear me pls Ask customers if you got their order right. Just like any others I don’t like buying just to receive what I didn’t order.

Great food and atmosphere

I order from them frequently and I am very clear about what I’d like for my order. They mess up anything that isn’t ordered through the Dunkin app. I asked them specifically for no chocolate glazed donuts in my 6 peice box and half of them ended up being chocolate glazed. I was so frustrated and annoyed because I had mentioned it twice and they recognized that I had said that and still chose to give me what I didn’t ask for. I told them I’d be happy with any other type of donuts. They also made my chai latte super watery and it was genuinely disgusting. Not impressed. Every other dunkin is great service and product.

All employees are so nice and always try their best to get everything out when I am at the window! They don’t get enough credit for their hard work.

The food is always good.

This is the worse Dunkin in the area. Don’t expect to get your order in under a half an hour, even a mobile order. The people are always unpleasant and have attitude. Even when you do get the food it’s undercooked. I’ve sat in the drive through here for 15 minutes and pulled up and watched them make my entire order that I had placed 25 minutes ago on line. Never again will I go here.

Front counter closed, have to wait in long drive thru, forget it

Don't bother going in. They only take order with the phone app. I don't have that because I am canadian
