Totally sick of this store. I’ve been going for years and there was a super nice girl working there and she was amazing thru Covid. Then she left and there is only 2 people working there that have no respect for customers. Everytime I go in there is something wrong or missing or not even mine in my bags! I love Dunkin but this crew has left a bad taste in my mouth and won’t be back. It’s a waste of money to not have a simple bagel prepared correctly.

This dunkin the easily the slowest drive through I’ve ever been to. I’ve been sitting in the drive through for over 30 minutes waiting for my mobile order, long enough to write this review. This location either desperately needs more help or to just be shut down. The employees are miserable and slower than death at processing orders too.

Update
Just got my order and all because i had asked for less ice I don’t even get close to a full cup…. I’m sorry what?! This is a joke. Not to mention my bagel was cold, not toasted, and was a mess! No other Dunkin does this!

Worst Dunkin in the entire state! They will ignore in the drive through, I waited 5 minutes and no one ever responded to me. Went into the store at 6:49 got up to the counter and the girl decided they were closed. You’re better off driving to the Middlebury Dunkin’ Donuts where at least they have set hours and don’t decide to close shop 11 minutes beforehand.

I understand it was 4th of July. The store was not busy. I took 1 sip of my iced coffee and threw it in the garbage. I didn't bother asking them to remake it as I already waited 25 minutes for my order. What a waste of $ and my time. Happy fricken 4th

Unfortunately, due to low staffing, the drive-thru was the only option. Which was very busy! I did not end up ordering any food or beverages, as a result. Sad sign of the times.

everytime i order a damn coffee, it taste like the grinds are burnt. EVERY SINGLE TIME. no matter what flavor, what i add into it. quite ridiculous and a waste of money.

Fast friendly service which is rare to find these days.. highly recommend stopping in for a cup of coffee and a donut

Kid-friendliness: Very kind and fast.. hellos worth kids to go in and out

Wheelchair accessibility: Wide door ways and accessible bathrooms as well. Wide oversized isles
