While the overall experience is consistent, with attentive staff and timely service, the condition of the drive-thru area needs improvement, with a noted obstacle course of potholes that can be unpleasant for visitors. The Biggie bag meal is an excellent value, as customers can upcharge fries for $0.55 and get a large fry instead of a tiny value size. Customers can also get a Frosty instead of a soda for no additional charge. The Baconator croissant, a breakfast item, is described as delicious. Wendy's is known for being kid-friendly, with staff who are friendly towards children.
