Enjoyed a salted maple latte and breakfast sandwich today... Excellent! Prospect has also hosted some fun events, such as this Paint & Sip last summer, a clothing/gift swap, and a mixer for our chamber of commerce. The owners are deeply committed to creating community in our little village. I love the everything about this place.

A wonderful coffee shop adjacent to Pangea, the excellent foodie restaurant in North Bennington. Great for getting writing or computer work done in a friendly, relaxed setting. Also good for meeting up wit friends. Small but satisfactory breakfast and lunch menus and an attentive, warm staff.

Had two donuts and the beef chilli that was on special, chilli was absolutely perfect and the donuts were amazing. Definitely the highlight of my Sunday bike ride!

We had just arrived in town and found this restaurant on Trip Advisor - were so glad we did! The restaurant was lovely, the waiter was extremely helpful and nice, and the food was delicious! We were so glad we found it!

Love the atmosphere and friendly staff. I did not like that a maple latte was $7 and you can not even taste the maple. Coffee roast is good quality, but please don’t charge $7 a latte and not deliver what I’m paying for . Thanks!

I had not eaten at Pangea for a few years and was pleasantly surprised to discover all the improvements that have been made. To begin with, the staff was the best I've experienced anywhere in a very long time. We chose a special dinner option offered by Chef Nick called "Around the World" that included a variety of dishes from all over the globe. It was four very creatively planned courses plus dessert. Wine pairing was also offered. I am a Pescatarian and thoroughly enjoyed it. All the wait-staff (including bartender) were smiling and genuinely appeared happy to be there! A huge PLUS in any eatery. Amy, our flight attendant/server, was especially delightful, attentive, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend a stop your next trip to the area!
