This is a must on any trip to Vermont. The restaurant is in a beautiful estate, with a stunning view. Our server was extremely sweet and gave us excellent recommendations. Their Peach Sour beer was so good, that I had two. The Vermont pizza with apples was amazing. The Mushie was great too.

Came back again. Pizza was perfect. Poutine was OK. Had the Hefen something beer and the ERB. Excellent! It's an hour away from us but is now our favorite spot.

This is a hidden gem! It's actually the club house at the Alburg CC but way more than that! The best dining experience we've had in quite a while. It is a brewery with a delicious selection of beer and they have wood fired pizza, huge burgers, delicious salads, and more. All locally sourced and yummy. The meat on our pizza was so good and beer was perfect. We had 3 rounds. And the price was just plain wrong! Very inexpensive for the quality. And the scenery.....forget it! Highly recommend!

Wonderful relaxed atmosphere and community feel. The food was incredible and they emphasize local ingredients. Good beer! There was live music when we were there! Big wraparound porch with views to the water. Would recommend.

Great experience visiting with friends. Good selection of beer and a decent house cider....The honey wheat was a favorite of the table. We were all very satisfied with our food as well. The wood fire pizza I had was delicious (veggie with added chèvre, basil, and tomatoes). I also appreciate that they make a huge effort to locally source as much as possible. They also had some nice live music while we were there (Saturday night).

The place is beautiful surrounded by golf green fields, unobstructed view to the lake. Seating outside is nice, the rocking chairs makes it easy to stay longer and enjoy nature around. we tried the coffee IPA which was a good surprise.
Sadly the brewery closes at 4pm on Sunday which is not convenient for travellers. we got there right before closing time but the waitress was kind and welcomed us. We couldn’t order food as the kitchen had already closed by then.

I was visiting Vermont to celebrate my friends birthday and she, her spouse, and I decided to come here for lunch. This has to be some of the worst service I've ever experienced. We received no service for almost 30 minutes after being seated. Not even our drink order was taken. We sought out our server twice during this time to say we were ready, but we only saw a teenager. We told him twice to let our server know we were ready. I don't know if that msg ever got conveyed. My friend even went to the bar to order drinks, but the kid wasn't old enough to serve alcohol. The beer is average at best. There are lots of better options in Vermont, honestly, which is known for NEIPA's. My friend and I ordered bacon, egg, and cheese on an english muffin, which is pictured, and when we finally got our food, they served it with an underdone egg and NO bacon. At this point, we were all livid and over it. They did take one order off our bill, tho they should have removed both. And we also saw other people seated while we waited for our food, and the server went to their table multiple times within a 15-minute period. Needless to say, I will never return here again, and I don't recommend it. I don't know the reason for the poor service, but it's bad optics when this occurs, and you're the only non-white person in the establishment. The 4+ star Google rating was extremely misleading. I don't usually rate this harshly on just one visit, but this review simply reflects my experience. I hope they learn and do better.

We went here for 2 dinners on non-consecutive nights and closed the place down as many times. Not sure where to start... Hospitality hero Jill? Every single delicious and special morsel of food we were served? The just right Lilac Sour or the out of this world Coffee IPA? Everything here was exceptional. The Kraemers and the kin, the pizzas and the jalapeno poppers (special). The sour, the dry hopped, the smooth.
We were fortunate enough to have Jill look after us twice. And oh did she.... Until she told us she belonged in the kin group we were sure she must be part or ownership. To have employees represent you, your concept, and it's delightful offerings with such passion for the craft and product is remarkable and enviable. It also deserves a standing ovation for management and ownership. That kind of authentic hospitality goes beyond tips and a satisfied clientele. It makes memories. Thank you Kraemers and Kin. See ya next time.

Idyllic setting. Burger and eggplant entrees v. enjoyable as was the salad. Several large groups joined us on the veranda and servers managed them handily. Beer from taps was distractingly overcarbonated. Stirring for a minute or two helped, but I wish they would offer an ale hand-drawn (cask).

I’ve been visiting the islands for 20+ years and Kraemer & Kin has become my favorite place! The brewery is beautiful and scenic, and their beer is AMAZING. My official favorite Vermont beer - worth the visit every time

The venue itself is very nice. There’s indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating has a spectacular lake view. The food was good enough. I had the beet salad and chips with a very fresh salsa . I had a chicken cheesesteak egg roll which was absolutely delicious. My companions had the mac and cheese, eggplant and burger. The feedback from all is that the food was ok but not stellar. We liked the beer pretty well. The biggest drawback was NO AIR CONDITIONING and it was hot!! Service was decent but our main courses came out in a staggered fashion. Would go back in cooler weather and sit outside.
