I ordered a cake that does require a lot of time and effort but this cake meant the world to me, it was for my boyfriend and I’s birthday. When I received the cake it was not what I asked for. The decorations looked poor and rushed. I ended up going back through when I got the cake home and touching it up some before bringing it to my boyfriend’s. The cake also only had his name on it and not mine or happy birthday, when I asked her about it after she replied that because that change was made after the invoice was made she forgot to put it on… it was my 18th and my name wasn’t even on the cake. I privately reached out after I received the cake to try to make amends and potentially receive a partial or complete refund, she has not responded in about 5 days. While the cake did taste good, we will not be placing anymore cake orders due to this.

Tammy was an absolute delight and life savor. She was gracious enough to do a cake for me and have it delivered to my daughter who lives 45 minutes away from Tammy. Tammy arrived at my daughter’s apartment and was an absolute delight. My daughter said Tammy wished her a happy birthday and took pictures and sent them to me. This was above and beyond and I am so grateful. I am in Arizona and was sad to be away from my daughter on her birthday but Tammy made the day a lot easier for me. I would recommend and definitely use Tammy again.

Tammy went above and beyond to ensure that my Norwich student had a special treat on his birthday! She communicated every step of the way, making sure the order was exactly what I wanted! His schedule is a little wonky because of evening practices but she went out of her way to make sure he got his special cupcakes on his special day!
Tammy made the desserts for my wedding and everything was such a hit!!! We personally did not want to have a wedding cake and chose to have a variety of cupcakes and cookies. It was so exciting and refreshing since Tammy asked us to let her know what our favorite desserts were and then she made them into cupcakes and cookies! We had Boston cream pie cupcakes, strawberry shortcake cupcakes, cannoli cupcakes, creme brûlée cookies, and chocolate cheesecake cookies. My absolute favorite is the crème brûlée cookie but the strawberry shortcake cookie was a close second. Everyone loved the options! Tammy even made all the kids vegan desserts because my nephew has a severe egg and milk allergy. She was so accommodating and this helped to prevent unnecessary stress about the allergies. Tammy was great about keeping in touch before the date and this also made me feel so confident in her and her craft. She was so professional and I could really put my trust in her for this task. Thank you so much! Would definitely plan another event just to taste those desserts again!

For my daughter’s wedding Tammy provided the rehearsal dinner desserts, wedding cake - cookies and next morning breakfast muffins. Everything was vegan and everyone exclaimed it was the best wedding cake and best everything baked- they have ever had. Vegan or not vegan, Tammy’s standards and creativity could not be higher. I don’t know how she does it. Plus she is so can-do. I needed a last minute increase for the wedding cake, cookies, and next day muffins etc because her desserts were so popular the first night.
Choosing Cakes in Vermont is the best decision you can make. I can’t wait til I get to order a birthday cake (or the like) from her. I am looking forward to one of the few cranberry bluebery muffins which were left over. I have never ever tasted a muffin like it- with such abundant high quality fresh fruit and the right amount of light sprinkle of sugar on top.
