Service is incredibly slow and they can manage to get to simplest of things wrong. A worker actually denied one of my orders because she said it would take too long.
Wosrt dunkins ive ever been in in my life. Second time here, takes over 30min to get a coffee when theres inly a line of 15 people. Slowest sevice ever. They should get better management

Awful, literally the worst Dunkins I've ever been to. For some reason it takes 20 minutes to get a cup of coffee, even with only 5 people in line in front of me. Maybe if there was more than two people working at a place that you know is swarmed by customers from open to close, everyone wouldn't be so angry about your service. I AM NOT buy coffee from Norwich, and I AM NOT buying coffee from Sedexo. I AM buying coffee from Dunkin Donuts and we all expected a whole lot better service than whats been given since it opened.
