The food is the best in town. I've eaten here many times in the past and never had this issue. However finding two pieces of hair... not to mention an extremely long piece in the food is not the best dining experience. I doubt I will be dining at this establishment again. Although, they gave me a full refund.

Came for a tour at Norwich University. Stopped by O’Maddies for a quick lunch because our student tour guide raved about it. We were not disappointed!! Homemade everything! The pictures do not do it justice!

Very few people realize the importance of an actively engaged front end to the customer experience unless service is abysmal. O'Maddi's is such a welcoming experience. After puzzling through literally a wall of really enticing choices, actually ordering seems affirming. Everyone is made to feel like O'Maddi's values their business and wants their party to have the best experience possible. The actual food? Both of our sandwiches were well conceived and well made. They were delicious at a price that seemed to us to be extremely reasonable.We were there during Northfield Youth Art month with the artwork of fifth graders gracing the wall. It's THAT kind of place..... which is intended to be a compliment.
