Came for a tour at Norwich University. Stopped by O’Maddies for a quick lunch because our student tour guide raved about it. We were not disappointed!! Homemade everything! The pictures do not do it justice!
Very few people realize the importance of an actively engaged front end to the customer experience unless service is abysmal. O'Maddi's is such a welcoming experience. After puzzling through literally a wall of really enticing choices, actually ordering seems affirming.
