Working in the food industry I can completely understand being understaffed at dinner time. This place takes in alot of online orders so I didn't mind waiting a while longer. Loved interacting with the mother and daughter working at the time and the food was awesome!

Great food as always except I ordered a kids fresh fit veggie delight with extra pickles and extra tomatoes and the pickles and tomatoes were the only thing that came on the sandwich didn't receive any other veggies like supposed to was a whole 70$ order

Ordered online at 5:20 pm and they still hadn’t made our sandwiches at 6:40, two people were in line when we walked in to get our food (not busy). We asked for a refund and they stated they didn’t know how to do a refund. We have encountered extremely slow and rude service multiple times here. Will not be returning.

This poor guy was left to deal with a whole line of people while a girl decided everything else was more important than customers I stood there 30 minutes before it was my turn. Got a fountain drink only to find on way home it was carbonated water. Unreal I can't believe I thought that would be a quick answer to dinner. Never again ?

The past 3 times I have ordered online my order has either been not ready, I waited for 15 minutes after the application said it was ready. The sub was not made correctly, or SO over loaded that the bun got soggy.

Horrible! One staff member And her boyfriend or whatever he was in his mechanic uniform full of grease stains all over trying to figure out what was happening And handling food ? Unacceptable! Took over 45 mins to get my ONLINE preordered

Christ where do I begin. Dirty looks when I walked in, floor covered in dirt, musty tables.Awful place to eat. The sandwich dude was slow as hell for simple sandwiches. All of the fountain drinks were flat! Incredibly rude staff, which I can only assume is the managers fault. Don't go here.

Line out the door, 2 kids working, 1 making food and 1 standing at the register doing nothing. Place was filthy, kids looked like they didn’t want to be there, overall bad experience.

I came in when app said my sandwichs were made and he hadn't even started on mine. I have ordered and paid well before these other ppl have come into the store. Now I am waiting and am currently 20 minutes past my "finished" time. Pretty lame response when I complained to him.
