Christ where do I begin. Dirty looks when I walked in, floor covered in dirt, musty tables.Awful place to eat. The sandwich dude was slow as hell for simple sandwiches. All of the fountain drinks were flat! Incredibly rude staff, which I can only assume is the managers fault. Don't go here.

Second time this has happened at this location, same guy. Takes in store orders and makes before he even starts an online order. I came in when app said my sandwichs were made and he hadn't even started on mine. I have ordered and paid well before these other ppl have come into the store. Now I am waiting and am currently 20 minutes past my "finished" time. Pretty lame response when I complained to him.

Came through with a group of 19 on a Friday night. With one day's notice they had three sandwich makers on staff and ran our group through in about 15 minutes. Great service! Would definitely take a group here again.

Best subway around. Staff is super nice and they go through the line quick so you never have to wait too long even if they're busy busy.
Took 25 minutes to order and get my sandwich. Only 2 people in front of me. I have a 30 minute lunch.... not impressed

I ordered a few sandwiches on the app for my family and I planned to pick them up after work as my commute was over an hour. There was a power outage in town that affected even the place where I worked. I couldn’t get over to the store before they had to close from the outage so I never got the food I’d already paid for. I called their store several times the next day and they don’t answer their phones. I submitted a complaint through the app on the feedback tool. I got confirmation they received my complaint but they never responded. They still have my money and know I never got my food. Nobody has tried to call me from the store or the app.

It's a subway, the food items have gotten smaller over the years. The people working there where nice. For the cost there are better more "VT" options. If I get to Northfield too late or on a day O'Maddi's isn't open it's a choice.
