I would call The Hidden Kitchen a hidden gem in the Vermont countryside. Enjoyed a thoroughly wonderful dinner there. Juicy oysters which you can get with a dollop of caviar which is a nice taste addition. The leek soup was awesome - want to try and make that at home. For mains we got the chicken Milanese and lamb chops. With a side of vegetable risotto. All were really delicious. I cannot decide which was better, the food, the service, cocktails or the dessert as they all exceeded my expectations. You can tell there is a lot of thought, care and preparation put into every little detail. This is our new favorite restaurant in the area. 🤌
