Went here with my girlfriend and got the steak and cheese....all I have to say is - WOW.

Best steak and cheese I can remember having in Vermont. Not only that but was a great place to watch a game and play pool. Two thumbs up.

Had dinner here early September. Great experience! Our server was Lindsey and she truly went above & beyond. I have severe food allergies and she went the extra mile to be sure I could safely eat dinner that night.
The food was delicious, I had a burger and it was cooked perfectly.
Too often restaurants don’t take the time to care but Clear River did and it’s very much appreciated. It helped make our trip to Vermont a great one. Thank you!

We got to the inn a little late, so we had to go to tavern to check in.. good thing because I probably wouldn’t have checked it out otherwise. Buffy helped us check in and then when we came back and she made us some great drinks. She was so helpful and we very much enjoyed our time at the tavern. We talked about our time at clear river inn the rest of the trip. I hope to make it back to your wonderful place sometime again.
