The Harvest Moon is such a special place. First and foremost the food is out of this world. Authentic, influenced from around the globe and cooked fresh to order, you can taste the love in each and every dish from the pop overs to vindaloo to the platter of delectable desserts offered after your meal. You won’t find fountain sodas or microwaves here and that’s just the way we like it. Beyond the food the staff is delightful and attentive, the atmosphere is welcoming and cozy. I would recommend you don’t miss out on this diamond in the ruff! Oh!! Don’t forget to make a reservation and try the kettle sauce!

Was given a gift certificate here and finally got around to using it. The food was nothing short of amazing! We were excited to discover the Popovers were from the Royal Hearthside recipe and we were not disappointed at all! Salads were crisp, fresh and had the perfect amount of dressing. Main entrees were full of fresh ingredients and packed with flavor. Desserts were all made on premise and even though we shouldn’t have, we indulged because they looked so darn good. Again, they were absolutely delicious. Servers were attentive and friendly. Be sure to make a reservation as seating is very limited. Highly recommend this establishment and looking forward to going back!

We are obsessed! We stopped in for a quick lunch and soon realized we would need to come back regularly to work our way through the menu! Among our group we had the Bayou Burger, the Space Cowboy, and the California Panini. Everything we ordered was outstanding. My husband loves a good burger, but never finishes them, so I was surprised to see him demolish the Bayou Burger with Andouille sausage. My 18 month old grandson was also with us, so we ordered Mac-n-cheese “just in case.” We didn’t really need it because he loved the chick peas and pasta salads we had as sides, but we all dove into the cheesy goodness, and would definitely recommend it as a side. Rachel, our server was knowledgeable and friendly. Do yourself a favor and stop into Harvest Moon the next time you’re traveling on Route 7!
