Sarah and staff do an amazing job of farm to table, top notch caring for their guests. Sarah's husband provides the "farm" and Sarah sets a mean "table" Truly. I have eaten at fine restaurants around the world. This is among the best.
Great ascetics but I stopped in for food but was turned away because I didn't have a reservation. The place was a ghost town with all the seats open at the bar. Probably not a good business practice to turn folks away when your empty. The maple syrup I bought from thier pantry was absolutely delicious!
Do anything in your power to come here.This place is in my top 5 hands down.The combinations that the chef develops are so outside the box, but they work so well. You can literally close your eyes and point to anything on the ever changing menu and you will never be disappointed.The atmosphere is VT quirky with a small setting, but very well done (think thrift store).While you wait for your meal, take a stroll through their market and get some fresh produce, meats, coffee, and...
