I got 3 half pieces of bacon on my big sourdough breakfast sandwich.

Had eye contact with a female employee, I smiled, she turned to straighten donuts, shuffled racks, and did not acknowledge my presence. I waited for her to finish task, she did not turn around. I left after 2 minutes. Probably will not be back.

When in to get a coffee and grilled cheese. was one couple in line in front of me and the girl couldn't figure out how to.give them a free donut that she had on her app. while waiting 2 people came in when I got to the register I asked for my coffee and then the grilled cheese the girl snapped she couldn't make food she was too backed up. Either offer food or don't but don't pick and choose and don't snap at customers

Very polite workers but they don’t know what they’re doing cause I asked if they had the brown sugar shakin expresso and they said they did and when I got it it wasn’t it was just a coffee and expresso with milk when I asked for oat milk ruin my experience for this place but thanks for trying

Gone here twice now. Both times my order was perect and the customer interaction was not.

Management was extremely disrespectful. Worker's not wearing hair nets. One work smells extremely bad like nasty fish and saw her Drooling. In people's food.

Need more help, some online order persons were waiting 10 minutes+. Very friendly and helpful just not enough people to do what needs to be done in a timely manner.
