I ordered a mc crispy chicken sandwich with extra pickles and mustard and I got 4 pickles and light mustard and my food was cold I waited 10 mins for my cold food I asked the teen for my cup I ordered and Instead of getting me a cup she said you can come back behind the counter and get it yourself and walked away worst McDonald’s I have ever been to this place needs management bad

This place needs to be managed. Kids sitting around and being aggravated that customer comes in( that's what you are there for , not just a check). Also having a customer come behind the counter is a violation of your conduct code I'm pretty sure. The owner needs to address this and I expect to hear from someone corporate asap!!! And the photo is extra pickles and the chicken is cold in the middle like it wasnt cooked???

Well what to say, it's mcdicks. Food is tasty but god awful for you. Sweet tea was sweet enough. Other customers were about as dumb as a sack of rocks.

If there was a negative review star I would use it. Not busy at all. 5 at drive up and us a walk in took almost half hour to get our food and it was only 2 quarter pounders. Trash over flowing, tables dirty gross will not be going back. And the quarter pounder was all grease! Over hearing the 3 girls there was a 20 minute wait at drive up!

1:30 on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. Drive thru packed, but not moving for over five minutes. Walked up to the door, all were locked. Staff person cleaning a table, numerous tables full of people. Ended up leaving.
