Every time that we have been recently the fries are cold and only half full. Will go to Wendy's from now on as their service and food are awesome, hot and proper portions. Food is too expensive now to be ripped off when you go there. McDonald's, you are ruining your name

Place is a joke. Ordered a deluxe mcCrispy sandwich. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru Got home and looked they never put the chicken in, just lettuce and tomato. Do not waste your time or money going here.

Wanted to sit inside to eat service was slow as they were busy at the window and filling on line orders. But the person that finally waited on us was very nice. Place was clean.

I suggest some more training for your staff. Your food has gotten overpriced as it is, but when I am pay 5$ for a large fry I expect a large fry. Not a medium fry in a large box. Every single time I come the container is barely 3 quarters full. That being said, the staff is extremely nice and helpful, it's not their fault if they aren't being trained properly. But I definitely dont appreciate getting robbed every time I come.
All of the women there are absolutely phenomenal! However, there is one scruffy haired guy that doesn't wear a belt that hates his job and makes it known. I swear that he'll have you pull forward just for the hell of it.

Most ideal McDonald's experience I've had that i can think of! Food was fresh, delicious, and the fries were actually hot & crispy! Wait was not long and the line moved along smoothly, staff seemed competent and service was friendly. The restaurant was very clean, no trash anywhere in sight. They actually gave me napkins amd utensils in the bag! I would definitely return.

22 minutes later burger received cold. ( Want to mention i haven't had a mcds in yrs ).staff is very displeased when u kindly and quietly try to address it . Now a days it's sad that as a customer you r treated so poorly everywhere and it's expected you deal w it ...just be kind people! 😞 Paying customer would just kindly appreciate the 7.99 plain burger only not be cold and w understanding not a perfect world ,don't have a attitude w your eyes , under breath to co worker comments. you dislike like your job ,just change jobs . Don't worry,realized haven't been missing out by not spending money there 💗
