Multiple times now, food has been completely wrong, burnt and it hard as a rock. Went back to have them fix it and not once but twice the same day they messed the order up again. Ordered coffee and it is never how I order it. Placing online orders is a nightmare and wait 10-15 min after it says it’s ready and chances are it’s wrong. Employees are rude and completely ignore customers standing in line to order. Avoid this McDonald’s at all costs if you can.

The shamrock shake was more cool whip than shake. Ordered a 20 piece nugget and only got 18. The lobby is not open either which made it difficult and a long wait in the drive through.

So on my way to stowe left my house 4am been at this mcdonalds since 540. Going on 613 im still in drive thru waiting so i call to see what going on. Not only did the lady lie and say there open at 6 but when i said im in the drive thru whats up she just hung up on me doesnt have the decency to idk apologize for tnconvience of there incompetence or idk not charge me 5 dollars for a small orange juice idk ill never comw here again im probably just hangry which is why im even waste the time to write this.

Horrible service because you closed your lobby and I watched at least 20 people be turned away because of your laziness. Open your lobby so people can get food and not just drive through. I'm driving a 15 foot box truck the lobby is my only way to get food.
