No frills, great cook. Very small eating area: only 5 tables, 4 counter seats, full bar, ten lane tenpin bowling alley noise surrounds you (unless you pay the jukebox), watch out for big potholes in the dirt parking lot. AMAZINGLY good food: had the chipped beef on toast, steak n cheese croissant, cream of mushroom soup, all specials pretty sure all homemade, plus regular menu fried haddock sandwich, also excellent, and two tasty appetizers (maybe from frozen, but still really good).

Great little off the beaten path breakfast/ lunch spot. Tucked in a bowling alley. Only reason it's four out of five is it closes early around 2pm. But that's most likely so they can focus on the bowling alley after. I recommend stopping in for a bite.

Was there for breakfast this morning. Very disappointed. Chicken fried steak special was disgusting. Overcooked beyond crispy steak covered with big gobs of greasy sausage in overly peppered gravy. Toast with mold on it. Cook hung out at bar for 20 min before cooking my food. Got rude when i told him i was in a hurry. Waitress tried to apologize for rude cook. Cook needs to be fired.

This cafe is in a bowling alley but don’t let that stop you from trying their delicious food. Everything was delicious from the steak n cheese omelette, burger, hand cut homemade fries, and the coffee.

Servings were generous. Pancakes and French toast were delicious! We would visit again.
Met a friend here when we were looking for a place to meet for breakfast. Oddest location inside a what looks like a medical building. There is only a small sign near the road, but then nothing to tell you where to enter or how to find it inside. They serve basic coffee and tea, breakfast sandwiches, etc. I think this place caters to the crowd who works in the building or nearby. Otherwise I would skip it. Not worth the hassle trying to find it.

We go there VIRTUALLY every Saturday morning for the BEST BREAKFAST in Central Vermont

Locals well kept secret! Who would think that the best breakfast joint in town is at the bowling alley! Not I! I was blown away! Great food! Very reasonable pricing! And fast friendly service! I highly recommend the sausage gravy and biscuits! I am addicted!

Grabbed Calzone for me for lunch and picked up an assortment of pastries for a party and everyone raved about them. If they were in a Mike's Pastries box you couldn't have told the difference.
