I went here for the first time today. I ordered a steak and cheese sub. It was really good and the portion was awesome. My wife got the BLT and she thoroughly enjoyed it. The customer service was great as was the speed of service. We will definitely be back!

The food is adequate, for the price. It's exactly what I'd expect. The biggest thing holding this place down is how difficult it is to order. You're looking at a 20% success chance on the phone, so you're better off just coming down and waiting in person. (Oh, and don't mention the phones, they get touchy and upset about the subject.)Nothing an online order system or call holding could solve, but I guess "the phone was ringing off the hook all night"...
