I have had it!!!! I have ordered from here a lot and many times online makes grabbing lunch/dinner quick and easy (why we love it). On Friday the 28th I did an online order requesting my usual with request to please cut into 4ths (Due to possible choking hazard), I really need to have my subs cut this way. Unfortunately everytime I order online the order is wrong, as well as being cut incorrectly. The food never has any consistency some put condiments on bread others on top of veggies, some cut the meat in protein bowls and others don't . I just want to get a sub cut as I request and the same way everytime without having to spell it out.I always request it cut this way and it's never cut. I find it frustrating to request something so simple and it be a seemingly impossible task. I also noticed no one seems to care about it. I won't go back been burned too many times. They need all new employees and a deep clean.

Ordered deluxe(double meat) 12in sandwich with bacon. 5 slices of roast beef and 2 slices of bacon and it was not cut in half. Called the store and was basically told sorry nothing we can do for you, unless you want to bring it back in. $15 for a trash sandwich and trash customer service.

I had an incredibly uncomfortable experience at this Subway, all due to the assistant manager, Andrew. I witnessed him speak to a Latino customer with unnecessary attitude when the man simply asked if a deal applied to any sub. Instead of answering professionally, Andrew was dismissive and condescending. When the man ordered a 6-inch sub, Andrew started making a footlong instead. When corrected, he aggressively blamed the customer for not speaking up—despite the fact that he had stated the size when ordering as well as the $7 meal deal came only with 6 inch subs. The customer, clearly trying to avoid further confrontation, paid in full and left.

But Andrew wasn’t done. He began slamming things around, visibly angry, and in the process, he completely messed up my order. At that point, I didn’t even feel comfortable saying anything—he was a large, visibly upset man, and I’m a smaller woman. The whole experience was tense and unsettling. No one should be treated like that, and it makes you wonder why that particular customer received such hostility. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from a so-called manager.

ANDREW, assitant manager, Terrible customer service. If you don't like your job, maybe find something else to do. I don't usually get subway, so I APOLOGIZE if I have questions! No need to give me attitude from the very beginning of the interaction. I asked for a 6 inch sub. You made a foot long. When I brought it up, you gave me attitude again for YOUR mistake and told me I should have brought it up before you made it. But, I did. I told you what I wanted. And you reluctantly made it. Refused to give me a refund or remake it. Again, your mistake. You said its been busy, but we were the only ones in line. I only gave you attitude because YOU gave me attitude from the very beginning just for asking questions and taking a moment to decide what I wanted. I had to walk away to prevent further escalation from you. My brother mentioned you were slamming things and being rude to them after I left and were making their stuff. You really need to chill. You can't expect people to not have questions. The lady at the register was nice though! I'm sorry you were in the middle of this and I feel bad that you have ANDREW as your manager. Also, you messed up my brother's order too! He just didn't want to go back and tell you.

Mold inside of their icemaker disgusting also keep in mind. I did not add anything to this ice. I just wanted the ice and it’s mold inside of it if I could give a zero I would.

Fresh sandwiches served by three friendly, enthusiastic, helpful young men. A notable difference from the usual workers who look at you like you're keeping them from scrolling their phones.

First and foremost the staff was trying their best to make a ton of sandwhiches and check out the line, the staff were very friendly. However, you can tell they are not trained well enough to handle the line they had. Several sandwhiches had to be redone because the staff misheard or didn’t pay attention (example was a meatball sub was made instead of a pickleball, with several orders going at once no one was able to notice the mistake). I ordered a supreme meats Italian, the bread was not done at all as in still doughy. They loaded up two sandwiches in the toaster but set it for one, I say that bc 20 sec is the normal time for my sandwich alone and it was cold (bread and meats) despite the cheese being melted. The problem was, it wasn’t that busy. They had a few pick up orders that they didn’t know how to weave into their line in front of them, didn’t change gloves between computer register and making sandwiches. No one comes to subway for world class deli sandwiches, we come here for a cheap and tasty meal… this was not it today. Normally if I don’t have anything nice to say I won’t say it, but these corporate/franchise chains need to understand that you can’t charge a high price for sub-par products

My wife and I both ordered two subs. One sweet onion chicken teriyaki and one chipotle steak. They put both chipotle and sweet onion sauce on the chicken sub with all the wrong vegetables. And the put sweet onion sauce on the steak with the wrong vegetables. This is not the first time they’ve messed the order up. For people who want more money for the work they do, they can’t even follow written orders being this was placed online. Don’t do online orders here cause they are going to be messed up.

Per subways own “portion control” a foot long tuna sandwich receives 4 scoops of tuna. This sandwich has less than a 6 inch portion of tuna. My wife who had worked for subway for 2 years as a sandwich artist, even asked the employee (Noah) behind the counter if they had put 4 scoops on the sandwich. Which the employee replied “yes”. A receipt was asked for, and was not given. $10.13 for a sandwich which I then have to add more tuna to after the fact, leaves a bad taste in your mouth as a consumer.

This location shuts off online ordering, it's not only when they're busy, as was expressed to me by the employees. Online ordering is always down. This is to be sure you pay, $12-$16(+,-) for a sub, instead of allowing the application of a coupon and getting a little off. The employees refuse to input the coupon code manually into the machine, directed by management, that's even when presenting a physical mailer coupon in person. When the thing that makes your product worth buying is refused, you tend to end up with negative reviews like this one. The Subway locations surrounding this area don't seem to have these issues.

Parking: During busy hours, parking is plenty.

Placed an online order and my special requests were completely ignored as all the others I’ve placed, don’t know if I will bother putting in online orders as they are always wrong. I don’t know if I will come back, just want to pick up and be done and not have to wait in line for it.

This dude called AJ was extremely rude. He needs to be fired. I'd rather eat gas station sushi than go back to this
