It's like a taco truck with a cool dining room. Authentic drinks and super fresh Mexican food. I worked at Monty's Burrito truck at UVM back in the day, as well as New World Tortilla in burlington. This surpasses both

Got the West Style barbacoa burrito, I’m not sure if it was an off night or what happened but I couldn’t taste anything in the burrito. The only discernible flavor was from the onions and the hot sauce I put on myself. The burrito was impressive and size and my partners dish looked great.

1st off Abby the sweetheart serving me deserves a raise for how well she does. I got waited on hand and foot after a long day on the road by her and was made to feel extra welcome and relaxed during my visit. Drinks and food were spot on. Abby didn't skip a beat getting to me and all her other tables around me. 10/10 will be

My family of 4 was on our way up to ski in Stowe. This was our dinner stop and it was perfect. Quick, delicious and the owner was super friendly! But most importantly the food was amazing!!

Wonderful Authentic Mexican cuisine!
We loved this place, such unique and tasty Mexican food and great portion size. When we went here, we were super hungry and ordered the smothered burrito, one taco and one enchilada (with stewed garbanzo beans and braised purple cabbage), quesadilla crunchwrap and rice bowl with beans. The braised purple cabbage was so good, we were told that the restaurant had run out of it but when we requested they ensured that we got one taco with the cabbage. Do try the sauces that they have, all three of them are super spicy! Parking is available behind the building. I highly recommend this amazing restaurant!
Vegetarian options: Several vegan/vegetarian options as fillings in all categories. Rice bowls and burritos are also available without meat.

Service was ok. Food was ready right when they said it would be. Barely any meat in any of the 3 taco salads we got, the “smoked” chicken was horrid tasting whoever did the smoking is extremely inexperienced at it. Spent over 50$ for no meat in the taco salads and the worst smoked chicken on a 3pack of tacos I’ve ever experienced. Will not ever be spending money here again. Which sucks because we are local and there isn’t a whole lot of options.

Service was super fast and very kind. Music wasn't so loud that it was annoying. Food was meh. It is like the only place open on Sundays in the area so that is a plus.
Was in your establishment yesterday for dinner May 14, 2023. I must say I’m throughly disappointed in the service we received, the hour and ten minute wait time for our meal. The way the meal was served all at once with appetizers which should have come first before main course. Upon receiving our food we requested salad dressing only to find out there was an additional one dollar fee for dressing as well as sour cream. No mention of a fees at time of order!I have to say the food was exceedingly bland! Ordered chicken burritos and we are still looking for the chicken!
Worst customer service I have experienced! The order taker was clueless as to whether or not my order could have more of one ingredient and less of another (not meat or cheese or guac or some other "expensive" ingredient) - when she inquired of the cook the cook's response was loud enough for me to clearly hear and rude - "we don't do substitutions" and after huff added "I'll see what I can do" or "I'll try" in a manner that indicated she was more likely to spit in my food! Rather than write this negative review I emailed the establishment but it's been months now and I never heard back from them.
Tacos were delicious! Loved that they were street style too!

I've eaten Mexican food in a number of restaurants and lived in Mexico. Tacocat is the worst of all of them. Poorly heated tasteless food. Not worth the price at all.
