Nice clean new store, but the chicken was dry and very hard to swallow, for being a brand new store they show watch quality of their expensive chicken

Very silly that you control the side for the kids meal so hard. You only have 3 sides to pick from. It can't be that difficult to let it be a choice. You can't go wrong with the chicken bites but the mac n cheese is nasty.

Chester’s is easily the best fried chicken in the state. It rivals some of what i have had in new orleans and texas. The biscuits are incredible. The sauce is great. This place is a GEM. Yes, its at a gas station. But its a really nice gas station. Get over here immediately and celebrate the fact that vermont finally has quality fried chicken. And, yes, this is better than MLC.
