Had this at their stand in Stowe. Awesome setup, menu and customer service. Food was delicious and they even sell Hi Chews Candy!
Delicious, generous onigiri and a HOT counter guy. $10 is a lot for rice and tuna, but they are warm and fluffy and well-spiced.

It’s such a unique thing to have slopeside but it’s absolutely perfect. Some of the best food I’ve ever had at a resort. The miso soup is the perfect cure on a cold day. Do not sleep on this place!

The best part of a secret is not to share it but Shaun and company have a little gem at Mt Ellen and it's to good not to share. I've eaten there every time I've skied North and the onigari is outstanding, probably the best food at the mountain. I really dig the hot green tea in the can, really nice on a cold day.
Highly recommended to grab lunch or a snack from the shack. My go to is the eal but the pork was really good as well.

Medium sized portions but quite expensive at $11 a piece.

This place is great! Right off the trail and lift. The rice ball is huge and the hot Japanese coffee/ milk tea is a nice treat/ break after the cold run. Highly recommend. Buy and eat it by the fire pit!
Heavenly skiing. Easy to park next to Lodge and lifts.
It's the best food in the resort.
We saw them setup in Stowe for a road race. Fantastic food and great prices. It was a short wait and we really enjoyed the plum and the shitake mushroom Kombu and possibly the best miso soup I've ever had. All three were vegan and delicious. The rice was cooked to perfection and the service was fast and the staff were very kind! I will definitely be stopping wherever I find them setup! There were a lot of people at the event but they were able to move us through the line speedily.
Omg!!! We loved their ramen at jay peak 8 years ago. I can't believe they expanded to rice balls to other ski resorts. The rice balls are delicious and huge. It will definitely satisfy a snowboarder appetite and continue riding soon after. Miso soup in a coffee cup is smart ...it's more than just soup, more like a broth. The dragon eel, pork belly chasu, mushroom seaweed is all good. Spicy tuna is canned tuna was to spicy for me; maybe a sweet mayo like Korean tuna salad might be better. Go eat the! Now I'm excited to return to vt ski resort who has them

I highly recommend. Get a rice ball of your choice and a cup of miso soup.
The best resort food in America hands down. An absolute game changer. Exactly what you need for a quick warm energy boost on a cold day of riding. Also they have hot canned coffee! I really hope Sugarbush and Bolton keep these guys around for the long haul
This is SO SO GOOD!!!! A must while visiting Stowe. I can’t wait to come back for more.
Best damn snack ever. Keep them at Sugarbush forever PLEASE
OMG, these onigiri!!! The ideal snack/meal for a day on the slopes... super fast and friendly service, warm and perfectly seasoned sushi rice inside a crispy aromatic sheet of nori, and tucked in the middle is your choice of fillings... spicy tuna, pork belly, plum, eel, shitake mushroom... every one we tried over the course of several days was amazingly delicious. Their miso soup - with spicy seasoning if you like it added, was also a great way to warm up. These guys are doing it right, and we can't wait to come back! Just wish they were open longer hours!!
