We were so relieved that our train was on time, so we made it to Rutland before Brix Bistro closed for the night! It was a very short walk from the train station. Can't say enough good things about the Governor's Cheddar and Wild Boar Salami charcuterie board. It came with honey, mustard, and garlic herb crisps that paired perfectly with the meat and cheese.
