Fast service
Food is USUALLY hot and made correctly. A few times it has been made wrong. The wait time to get your food is always 10 minutes or more. It doesn't matter if you walk in, use DT or place a mobile order. The staff isn't always friendly, smug looks and rude. There are a few staff members who do work hard and provide good customer service, but it is lacking as a whole.
