Despite informing that we are allergic to food color and confirming twice that the dish does not contain food color (and us willing to order another dish that did NOT contain food color), we were served chicken Jalfrezi completely stained in orange food coloring!

The first time my fiancé and I ate here was about a year ago. We dined in and had a wonderful experience with the delicious food, customer service, and atmosphere. The decor is bright and vibrant. Fast forward to this year (2025), we now order Masala Corner to go at least once a month. Their food is so good. I usually get the Chicken Malai Korma: diced chicken in a creamy sauce, it’s fresh and flavorful. My fiancé (who was a chef at The Barrows House in Dorset, and the Lake St. Catherine Country Club (to name a few)) that likes variety and is a tough food critic LOVES Masala Corner. He has had the Butter Chicken, Chicken Vindaloo, Saag Chicken, and Chicken Tikka Masala. My 11yo loves their Butter Chicken and Masala. In our opinion Masala corner is the BEST Indian Restaurant around. Thank you for never disappointing 🫶.

I have dined both in the restaurant and through DoorDash. Every single time I have been over the moon happy! I really enjoy the paneer masala and the samosas! I’m a bit of a wimp when it comes to spice and it’s never overdone! If I could I would eat here every day for lunch!

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Masala Indian Restaurant in Rutland, Vermont, and we were beyond impressed! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and an inviting ambiance that set the stage for an unforgettable meal.
The menu is a delightful journey through authentic Indian flavors, and every dish we tried was a masterpiece. We especially loved the lamb dishes, which were incredibly tender and bursting with rich, aromatic spices. The chicken with curry was another highlight—perfectly cooked and infused with just the right balance of heat and depth of flavor. Every bite transported us straight to the heart of India!
The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who made thoughtful recommendations and ensured we had everything we needed. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious.
Whether you’re a longtime fan of Indian cuisine or trying it for the first time, Masala is a true gem in Rutland that you won’t want to miss! We’ll definitely be back for more!

Really fantastic meal, perfect post-snowboarding food. The butter chicken, chana masala, lamb biryani, and naan were all incredible. The staff were awesome! Will be back!

Unbelievably delicious and flavorful dishes, with a great atmosphere inside. Family owned and the food feels like mom’s cooking, because it is! Host and staff were all extremely friendly and a pleasure to talk to. I can’t stress enough how pleasant the experience was and for a very reasonable price for the quality and portion. Also the best garlic naan I’ve ever had.

The Channa Palak is extremely delicious. Love coming to this place, the servers are super friendly, and the ambience is great 👍🏾
