“I finally stopped in here for a sandwich and instantly knew it would be good (I recently moved here from north jersey where they know a thing or 2 about good delis). There was a long line but it moved very quickly. (In my opinion a long line is a sign the place is good). The smell of a real authentic Italian style deli caught my attention right away after walking through the door. I got a large ham, salami and provolone which was INCREDIBLE. The bread, the meat, the toppings were all fresh. I walked out with a great sandwich, a bag of chips and a soda for about $15. Will definitely be back soon.“
“First impression was that for a Friday night at 6:30 it was empty and never been here before didn't what to expect. Yea it's in a bowling alley so maybe it is more of a later crowd type of place. Food ordering is separate from the bar and next to the bar. Hamburger was juicy good and added bacon at no added cost. Fries were hot and thick which Is way better than shoestring. Hot wings were up to speed. Wife had mozzarella sticks and hot dog and no complaints. Service was attentive as they did check on you-well it was empty. Good bar food and easy on the wallete...just a different setting and will go again.“
“Fantastic Italian food served up fresh. The eggplant sub was incredible and my family really enjoyed the bowls that they ordered.The location is a little odd, being in the back of a liquor store, but the food is fantastic! I'll certainly be back here when I pass through Rutland again.“

“We were staying at Killington and we're looking for something tasty.Headed to the Vermont Tap House in Rutland for wings and pizza. We made the right decision.Just a 30 minute drive from Killington you can get some great beer, wings and pizza.We had both the fried wings and the wood fired wings. Perfect. We had the fried wings with their hottest sauce option. Still mild I'm my opinion.We had 2 medium pizzas. Did a half of Garlic Cheese and a Margherita, then a half Smokehouse Pepperoni and Sausage. Awesome pizza all around.Anyway. 30min to pizza and beer and wings. WORTH IT!“

(?I wonder why in Vermont almost every little place closes starting 1.3o p.m. or 3 p.m. .. )This place "saved" us during our looooong trip around Green Mountain National Park!But more , not even it saved us, but we really ate very well! “The food was good. They do a stroke of business with deliveries. One of the front counter people is absolutely awesome! the other, not so much. Parking is cramped for take out, but doable.Kid-friendliness: They show the kids when they're making the pizza. “First time ordering from Cara Mia's. The food is excellent but pricier than other local options. Had to pick up the order because they wouldn't deliver to my place of employment. Treated some of our employees to their subs, and they were a hit.“
“Ramuntos is amazing pizza, albeit a bit pricy The pepperoni is exactly the greasy pizza you'd expect with freshly sliced roni. The crust was exactly what you'd expect on a Sicilian with a slight flop that you can still get behind. From the moment you walk in till you leave the heavy aroma of dough and sauce will fill your senses to the brim and leave you craving that pizza smell you expect from a pizza shop! The staff behind the counter were busy, and you can certainly understand the need to keep things short and talk fast. Anyone trying to talk about irritation of the staff when speaking to them obviously haven't worked in the food industry. Sorry not sorry the customer isn't always right. If you want a pizza in Rutland this is the place to go.“
