We had a wonderful evening with friends. Our server Christian was a treasure and kept us entertained all evening! I appreciate the menu not being overwhelming and offering curated dishes, as well as the nightly specials. Drinks were tasty, as well. Brussels sprouts and calamari were delicious and my flatbread wrap with mushrooms was delicious. Christian was informative and personable. Hope to get back there soon!
Flavor of food and sauces was terrific. Loved the sauce with the calamari and the sage au jus with chicken. Cosmopolitan drink was great. We got there a little early and it was no problem. Wish they had heaters for outside cause the patio and lawn looked lovely. Jenn our server was great.
I'm discovering that Vermont dining might not be associated with what is often called "flavor." That said, a $32 whiskey steak accompanied by a pale pile of ore-ida potatoes without seasoning and... nothing else, felt, maybe a bit lazy? Steak was fairly well cooked, if bland. My cod was tasty and coconut rice was pretty good. It was accompanied by a dry pile of spinach which I thought curious. I think at a moderate to high price point, it's appropriate to give...
