Insane to find this in a relatively small town, this is the closest ive experienced to Michelin star cooking by far. Well done chef, we've dined here a few times and are blown away by the chefs prowess each time. Wish you had a cookbook.
Do NOT pass up on the brussel sprouts, even my bf who does not like brussel sprouts was impressed. I had the tofu dish which is already vegan with no modifications needed. Not a whole lot of tofu though and mostly just rice noodles but was still delicious. Now the fries were absolutely perfect. And unlike the small dish sizes you can get a bucket of fries and it's a literal bucket.
