We always stop at this Dunkin’ Donuts on our way to Boston, and the service is consistently great. However, today’s experience was truly exceptional! The lady at the counter was incredibly kind, welcoming, and cheerful, greeting us with a genuine smile.

I accidentally ordered to the wrong location without paying attention at all, and didn't notice until the employees there showed me on my phone. They re-made my entire order here for me and were super nice about it. Customer service was awesome.
Just took forever this morning they were unorganized too much talking I think.

Dunkin' is a popular restaurant that offers a variety of menu items, including chocolate and frozen treats. While the service can be hit or miss, with some employees struggling to keep up during busy periods, there are also dedicated staff members who provide quality service even when the restaurant is understaffed. The drive-thru experience can be inconsistent, with some customers reporting incorrect orders, but overall, the food and service are generally good. Dunkin' is a convenient option for both dine-in and drive-thru customers, with indoor seating available at some locations.
