A place where the only thing that could be more delicious than the product are the persons. This is a truly unique bakery, not just in the northern part of the state but in the state as a whole; other places have their distinct flavor, but few seem to have mastered so many flavors under one roof. Staff are consistently kind, hardworking, and professional! I love spending my days eating their pastries. They have a large variety of sweet and savory options and complete the town of St. Albans. Thankful for the coffee next door as well 🥰

As someone who eats A LOT of pastries...this is hands down the best bakery in Vermont. Not only that, but they source from local farms as often as possible and employ the kindest people. It's always a good day when it starts at Red House (plus they share space with Catalyst Coffee Bar which has delicious drink options!!!)
