Two times now we have been there at supper time on a Tuesday. Both times we ordered the 8 pc for 10 bucks.No chicken ready. Both times odered extra crispy up ended up with original because that is what was being made and they didn't want us to wait longer than 25 min.Tonight we only received 7 pcs. In our 8 pc order. Please just do your job well!

They keep forgetting food items 😒 spending money and not getting what you paid for especially of your the only one in a 30 to 50 miles radius and people make the drive to enjoy food. Disappointing again

Sometimes the food is good, always a wicked long wait. Slowest fast food in the town and prices are high. Unfortunately I still come here from time to time hoping for a good experience, like a gambler who keeps going back to the roulette table.

I have lived in the St. John's Berry area for the last 22 years. I work on the road all up-and-down the East Coast. As a contractor sometimes working on Kentucky, fried chickens for remodels and complete builds. It's a restaurant in saint. Johnsbury is by far the worst. I have ever been to in all of the chain. It is men and so poorly and in the 10 to 15 times I may have tried to use it only 5 times did I actually get my complete order. They routinely run out of chicken. On the chicken side and taco product on the Taco Bell side. What a shame kfc, and the franchise owner, so take a good look at their management team and figure out why it's so it's a mess. Good luck. Why do we have to wait so long for our order at the drive through. I'm stuck in the line. 45 minutes so far and only 3 cars in front of me?? Why??. Horrible service.

I had my food delivered and when I got here, they were missing my food. It was cold didn’t have the things I needed so I had the guy go back and get it and then go back again and still the things I needed in the bag were not there and the staff are very rude and disrespectful so I would not recommend ordering from KFC anytime soon until they can Change their employees

Waited an incredibly long time just to be told they didn’t have half of what I ordered. This is an incredibly common occurrence.

I've been sitting in there drive Thu for 30 minutes. Still 2 cars in front of me. This is a perfect example of the decline of our workforce. Went in to use the bathroom and the bathroom was all smashed up and disgusting.

Bonjour, j'ai reçu un service excellent. Toutefois, j'ai régler une partie de ma facture en espèce et j'ai ensuite régler par carte de crédit. Toutefois, l'entièreté de l'addition a été facturé sur ma carte de crédit. J'ai donc payer deux fois ma facture. Pouvez-vous m'aider à obtenir mon remboursements ? Peut etre que votre employée pour aider, elle était tres serviable. J'y suis allé le 10 septembre

Absolute worst "fast food" restaurant ever. Ordered online KFC order and I made sure to order far in advance--because from past experience this location is dreadfully slow. I arrive an hour after my order said it would be ready. Only for the employee to tell me that it wasn't ready and that it wouldn't be ready for at least another 30 minutes. I just left and had the order canceled. So disappointed.
They struggle enough with regular & drive thru orders., so if they can't accommodate / handle online orders, then they shouldn't offer this service at all.

Stopped here with my family to get dinner. We usually go to the other KFC/Taco Bell, but decided to stop here as it's closer. Immediately they said they had no tenders for the kids, and no flatbread. My husband usually gets himself a bucket and is able to ask for specific pieces. The woman said, and I quote, "You get what's there. My fry cook just got here (it's almost 5PM) and it'll be about 30 minutes before he can start making any other chicken than what we have available from earlier. There's no one else, I'm not doing it, I don't do that..." We just said okay and walked out. Heading to the other one where we've never had any problems. We won't be coming back to this location. I hope they can get their staff better trained, and staffed better as well!

I have to say how excited we are that the assistant manager (Megan) from pizza hut is now a manager here. We went on Wednesday at almost 9pm and were able to get chicken. Any other time we can't after 7pm. Usually there is a red headed manager and she is very rude to customers and the other employees, so needless to say seeing Megan there was a relief. We will definitely be returning again.

Foods alright as long as you don't fall asleep waiting for it.... doesn't mater what time of day or how many or how few cars are in the drive threw, you WILL wait a minimum of 25 30minutes and the drive way is set up so if you get tired of waiting you can't even leave,
