Terrible ticket times, every time I go here I tell myself it will be different and somehow they always provide a worse experience. As others have said, don’t come here unless you have an hour to waste sitting in a Taco Bell.

We are not pleased with this location not having enough chicken no biscuits. This is the only location that cannot service people properly. We also drove 25 minutes to have it. Maybe should have better management and better service. We walked out.

Went into kfc on 10/11 at about 5:50pm needed a8pc and a 12pc extra crispy meal, first they had no coleslaw but we ordered because everyone really wanted kfc then they told me it would be a 25 minute wait OK no problem 30 minutes later got all of our order YEAH headed home, got home the chicken was near raw the coating was falling off it was so soggy It took me 1/2 hour to finish cooking it with only 1/2 the coating left This order cost me over $75 This is such bull I really looked forward to not cooking for 10 but I did anyway UHG Thank you KFC for the nice meal and a night off HAHAHA

Normally I don’t have that difficult of a time like others with this KFC. But unfortunately today it was a bit disappointing. Chicken Sandwich was made with 2 chicken tenders rather than the regular chicken. Chicken little was made with pickles rather than no pickles, I also did not receive a sweet and sour for my nuggets. and lastly, unfortunately I did not receive mac and cheese so I had to sub for corn.

This is a tough spot for whoever owns this place. You have employees who tell drive thru customers that there is a 20 minute wait to discourage you ordering. Staffing is an issue for sure. It is a dice roll to see if you will get chicken that has been out for 8 hours and hard as a rock. Not trying to be mean, but this place should be a gold mine. I love KFC and Taco Bell, but the standards here are sub par at best.

Second time the didnt give me all the food i ordered. they wont give me a refund. Crooks.
Stopped in last night July 16 . they had no chicken cooked ahead and wait was almost hour. Air condition wasn't even working. Bugs flying around. Poor managerment. I came close for refund. We will not be going back.

I visited '985 Memorial Dr, St John'sbury, VT 05819 USA' on July 1st at 1 pm. I ordered chicken and sendwich and a solid rat eating food was found in the restaurant. The manager guided the customers out and we asked for a refund. However, the payment was made a second time, not a refund. I asked the manager to reconfirm, but they said it would have been refunded. There were 2 payments, not a refund. Please give me a countermeasure.
