Normally I don’t have that difficult of a time like others with this KFC. But unfortunately today it was a bit disappointing. Chicken Sandwich was made with 2 chicken tenders rather than the regular chicken. Chicken little was made with pickles rather than no pickles, I also did not receive a sweet and sour for my nuggets. and lastly, unfortunately I did not receive mac and cheese so I had to sub for corn.

This is a tough spot for whoever owns this place. You have employees who tell drive thru customers that there is a 20 minute wait to discourage you ordering. Staffing is an issue for sure. It is a dice roll to see if you will get chicken that has been out for 8 hours and hard as a rock. Not trying to be mean, but this place should be a gold mine. I love KFC and Taco Bell, but the standards here are sub par at best.

Stopped in last night July 16 . they had no chicken cooked ahead and wait was almost hour. Air condition wasn't even working. Bugs flying around. Poor managerment. I came close for refund. We will not be going back.

I visited '985 Memorial Dr, St John'sbury, VT 05819 USA' on July 1st at 1 pm. I ordered chicken and sendwich and a solid rat eating food was found in the restaurant. The manager guided the customers out and we asked for a refund. However, the payment was made a second time, not a refund. I asked the manager to reconfirm, but they said it would have been refunded. There were 2 payments, not a refund. Please give me a countermeasure.

I ordered online and the location was out of mashed potatoes and gravy & they were not able to process a refund. The app was also not able to connect me to someone to help me get a refund.
The customer service woman was helpful once I was able to get her on the phone but it was a pain.

Two times now we have been there at supper time on a Tuesday. Both times we ordered the 8 pc for 10 bucks.No chicken ready. Both times odered extra crispy up ended up with original because that is what was being made and they didn't want us to wait longer than 25 min.Tonight we only received 7 pcs. In our 8 pc order. Please just do your job well!
They keep forgetting food items 😒 spending money and not getting what you paid for especially of your the only one in a 30 to 50 miles radius and people make the drive to enjoy food. Disappointing again

Sometimes the food is good, always a wicked long wait. Slowest fast food in the town and prices are high. Unfortunately I still come here from time to time hoping for a good experience, like a gambler who keeps going back to the roulette table.

I have lived in the St. John's Berry area for the last 22 years. I work on the road all up-and-down the East Coast. As a contractor sometimes working on Kentucky, fried chickens for remodels and complete builds. It's a restaurant in saint. Johnsbury is by far the worst. I have ever been to in all of the chain. It is men and so poorly and in the 10 to 15 times I may have tried to use it only 5 times did I actually get my complete order. They routinely run out of chicken. On the chicken side and taco product on the Taco Bell side. What a shame kfc, and the franchise owner, so take a good look at their management team and figure out why it's so it's a mess. Good luck.
