I was visiting from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I eat and cook a lot of Asian style food and often eat at Chinese Restaraunts back home. Let me just say, the food here was so good, that I can’t go back home and eat at my local Chinese spots because they can’t compare! I got my faves-general tso, spring rolls, and wonton soup. I appreciate the added veggies in the soup, the crispiness of the chicken, and the spring rolls were fried to perfection and not greasy! All were the best...
This used to be my absolute favorite fried rice. I hate fried rice with peas and or carrots. The prior owners had the best pork fried rice ever. However the other day I was super disappointed to realize everything good about the previous owner's fried rice is gone. No onions, no bean sprouts, no bits of scrambled eggs. And proportion of pork decreased by half. Literally just rice and a little pork. I mean, I get food prices have skyrocketed, so I understand the lesser portion...
Food is generously portioned and delicious. Always hot and when it is takeout it comes as it should; fully sauced, accurate, and packaged well! I do not eat in as it is not in an uncomfortable area of town. The building, although clean inside, is old and not my favorite eat in spot for this type of food.
