The pizza was mediocre at best, had the personal pizza with salad bar, the pizza wasn't cooked all the way,, some cheese hadn't melted. Salad bar was good. What soured the experience was the waitress bitching about management and a co worker that apparently didn't do something with the salad bar and left her to do it. She was talking to the cook but you could hear her in the dining room. Should have gone to the KFC/Taco Bell next door.

Worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. I got a special it was a stuffed crust pizza and 16 wings with 2 dips for 31 dollars. I get home and they didn’t give us any sauce with the wings. I specifically ordered ranch and blue cheese. Also the wings barely had any bbq sauce on them they were basically naked wings. On top of that I got the nastiest thinnest pizza I’ve ever seen in my life. I ordered a stuffed crust and the pizza wasn’t even a quarter inch thick.

Family of 7. We were turned away, The lady told us we should just leave because she couldn't seat us and the wait was gonna be a half hour she was rude. Because she was loud about it the group of 5 behind us also left. Won't be going back there!

I've heard so many bad things about this place — and honestly, I don't see the issue. I understand there aren't a lot of options in the area, but let's keep it real: it's a Pizza Hut. You either need to lower your expectations or stop going to a place you constantly complain about. It's inexpensive, and the food is consistent with other locations across the Northeast.
I've tried this place three separate times for takeout (since that's where I've seen the most complaints).
I think people need to lower their expectations for a chain pizza shop — or just go somewhere else.

I can usually tolerate a mediocre meal here and there, but this was just beyond bad… the quality of ingredients has gone way down hill. I ordered a pesto margherita pizza that had almost no flavor aside from the garlic. And whatever you do, DO NOT ORDER BACON! As shown in the photo, every piece of “bacon” had to be picked off because they were just flavorless hunks of fat.
Food was perfect but kinda pricy for a pizza and bread sticks. Server was manager. The server manager spilled a drink all over me and the table he apologized but never offered to like make it right on Bill and for a pizza bread sticks and drink was 40 bucks little high. And then he kept bringing it up of course took 20 min from drink spill by time finished cleaning up the mess

I went in alone at 11 am for lunch. I ordered a personal pan pizza and salad bar. The salad bar was horrible. Iceberg lettuce that was wilted. Green peppers, that looked old and soggy. Tomatoes that looked old. Containers that weren't even full. The waitress never came to check on me to see if I needed anything, never brought the check...I had to go get it myself. I won't return. Not a good experience at all!!

Ordered a Big New Yorker and some mozzarella sticks. Food was absolutely awesome and Kat was a pleasure to interact with! The pizza she whipped up was 10/10, as was her personality! I can not say enough about good customer service abilities in today’s day and age. Too many people are lacking in that department, and Kat was a refreshing change. Will for sure be back!
