I am absolutely disgusted with this place me and my husband just witnessed The employees drop a pizza utensil on the dirty floor pick it back up and use it on customers pizza’s we had to tell them that it was unsanitary and nasty and made them make customers new pizza. THEY WERE GONNA SERVE PEOPLE PIZZA THAT WAS PREPARED WITH DIRTY FLOOR EQUIPMENT I will not be coming here again!!!!

We stopped by for dinner tonight around 6:30 and were very pleasantly surprised. The lobby was nice and clean, the salad bar looked amazing and the food was delicious. Our server (Meghan I think) was busy but also very attentive, and the rest of the staffed seem busy but also very happy. Smiles all around tonight. Pizza Hut seems to be making a come back with this store. Thank you all for a great dinner and experience! Keep up the amazing work.

The food was fine but it took 2 hours to deliver my pizza after the tracker said it would only take 40 minutes. Pizza Hut also had door dash send the order. I know Pizza Hut as a company is trying to cut back on drivers by partnering with door dash but it’s making the service

The inside was filthy. From the windows, doors, the tables were disgusting, the lazy Susan, had dead food in it. The condiments had not been filled. My table had no cheese or salt on the lazy Susan. I made the waitress clean my table. She said she had wiped it down, but there was grease on the table that had solidified. I made clean the lazy Susan as well. She caught attitude with as she wanted to gossip in the back with the woman making the pizza. There was sauce in the lamps overhead and they hadn't been dusted. There was a layer of grease on the the lamps and condiments containers. I am not even going to suggest any about how nasty the restrooms there. Most of the condiment containers were empty. I had to hunt down what I wanted. However the food was awesome.
Definitely one of the dirtiest Pizza Hut locations I have ever been to!

Arrived at the restaurant at 1800. We left at 1945. Our waitress had 3 jobs, apparently. She was very nice, but she waited on us, cashed out customers, cut and boxed pizzas for takeout. We only saw her for drink order pizza drop off and check drop off. The salad bar was ravished when we arrived, and not one crock was refilled the entire time we were there. We talked about getting salads prior to our pizza. Thank god we didn't. I remembered eating here years ago and was looking forward to eating there last night. It will probably be some time before I go back.

What a horrible experience. First off the waitress delivered us the wrong food and brought out both our meals at different times and my wife's pizza was not the correct order so they delivered my food so I was done eating by the time she received her food. My melt was over toasted to say the least. The waitress blamed it on the cook but the woman at the main register was extremely loud. Yelling frequently to everyone working and to the waitress who she knew kept messing up the order. The table was dirty. They had brought us no silverware. The paper towel roll was empty at our seat so I had to go get our own silverware and paper towels. Then to top it off she brought us someone else bill which was more than 3 times the amount i spent. Just overall felt like the salvation army version of Applebee's. And I'm progressive but our waitress had more metal in her face than ironman. Not very family friendly atmosphere. Definitely will not return. The nostalgic restaurant I grew up with has faded into history. Very sad to see what's familiar gone ? the floors were dirty with food everywhere. The windows had hand prints all over them. The shakers on the table were all empty and fingerprints all over them. The salad bar was overpriced and barely had anything in it and even both crouton containers were empty. Pictures to back it up.

The pizza was so yummy. Hadn't had a pizza hut pan pizza in a long time. Better than I remembered. The staff was great. Friendly, fast, courteous. Then I went in the ladies room. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. So gross.
