“We can't believe we've lived in Shelburne 3 years and just ate here for the first time. Great service, delicious food, generous portion size. We don't eat out a lot for breakfast but this will be the new go to place when we do. This is diner food at its best.“

“Great food, friendly service, very reasonable prices. That's what keeps me coming to Papa Nick's, usually once a week (more often in the summer). And I have to drive over the mountain from Fayston to do so. I love this place--Voula does a fantastic job. I just wish they could some day go back to having their Greek Nights on Thursdays. (They do have occasional Greek entrees but it's just not as predictable as it was before the pandemic. Then again, nothing is...) Highly recommended!“
