We had reservations 6:30 Ended up getting food at 8:30. Everyone's food was very cold. Appetizers didn't come out together and we never got our salads. Service was horrible had to ask for water four times. For what the bill was it should have been hot food at least. I know you all can do better. Very disappointed

Close to home and it’s comfort food. While more things could be homemade and this time around it came out cold. The service was the issue. Our server Lauren has terrible customer service skills. Had to ask someone else for boxes after 20 minutes and waited about 10 before she finally came over and asked about the checks, just to have an attitude. Might not be the best industry for her. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I was visiting from out of state, and our group had a reservation for my niece’s birthday dinner. There were seven of us, though only six ordered food. Drinks and appetizers came out quickly, so we thought we were off to a good start...but that’s where things fell apart.

It took 45 minutes for only half of the meals to arrive, and ANOTHER 45 minutes before the last dish came out (which wasn’t even an entrée, but an appetizer someone had ordered as their meal). By the time it showed up, everyone else had already finished eating.

The server did apologize and comped that item, but that didn’t really make up for the hour-and-a-half wait. To make matters worse, anything we ordered that was fried came out burnt. For a restaurant we’d been looking forward to and a night meant to celebrate a birthday, the whole experience was highly disappointing.

Edit (Response to Owner): I appreciate the response, but I’d prefer not to share additional details. Based on how other reviews have been handled publicly, I don’t feel confident it would be addressed professionally.

Kitchen is too small and slow to keep up with any kind of volume. Expect to wait a while.

Showed up in the middle of the day on a weekday with a group of 23 cyclists. We were helped by a single server who took the orders and ran food and drinks for our entire party. Extremely grateful for their professional service and accommodation.

Cool Summer theme, food was great. Staff was responsive and wonderful but it did take a while to get seated and served. You'll be hard-pressed to find a better place in Franklin county to eat on a Friday night.

I have lived right down the road from this place for the last 15 years. Never eaten there. Finally gave it a try and it was absolutely amazing!! The food was so good!! The shortest (half mile) I’ve ever driven to get amazing food!

This place is AMAZING! Last night me and my wife stopped in quick while the kid had practice. I got risotto and my wife got the Montreal dip, both were out of this world good. They were packed busy but we got our food fast, waitress was awesome, atmosphere awesome. I can’t believe I haven’t been going here all along. 5 stars ain’t enough.

Their service was terrible only one waitress to handle crowd and bar food was terrible was sick next day. Then to top it off they decided to add a $10 tip to my bill and they are lucky they refunded it. But I’d say this place has really gone down hill and it’s too bad

My husband and I were not impressed with Abbey last night! My husband ordered the prime rib meal with mashed potatoes; the prime was cold, and the mashed potatoes had too much pepper in them. We didn't say anything because the restaurant was over busy celebrating their 50th celebration. 2 ND. Of all, we were pushed out of the restaurant by the owner while my daughter was in the bathroom and her dessert was still on the table , and No, she wasn't done with it , Sherry did not ask if we were done with it . She told us to leave because they needed a table for people. Came find out. It was for her friends !!! Not happy. This is our last time going their.I DISLIKE restaurant owners who push out paying customers!!!!!
