Today was mine and my husband’s first time trying a bagel and we must say that it was the best bagel we have ever had. So soft and a light crunch. Not tough at all. They are very generous with the cream cheese and it is so delicious!! We will definitely be going back. Also the staff are very friendly and fast!!!
The food is delicious and the coffee is yummy too. The staff is always very efficient and kind. The dining room is kind of loud and echoey though. It can get very crowded when all the students are in town!

First time here and ordering can be a bit confusing. You get your bagel order in one area and muffins, drinks etc at the cash register. Somehow the person that takes your bagel order does find you as well as drink orders. I had a plain bagel with egg, cheese and veggie sausage. Asked for egg a certain way and it was done perfect. You get a choice of cheese and I picked cheddar. The veggie sausage was not to my liking only because the spices in it were a bit strong and it was dry. Partner had a lemon poppy muffin and it was delicious. Great lemon flavor and moist. Both of us had iced decaf mocha lattes with whole milk and it was good. Sometimes decaf can be bitter but this was made fresh. Crowds can make seating hard to find and the take out crowd can congest the cashier area waiting for orders

Bengals on the smaller size I think, and a little firmer. Just not what I like for a begal sandwich.

These bagels are so good! Perfectly pillowy and chewy and so well seasoned. Highly recommend!
Absolutely the best bagels! The Vermont country bagel was absolutely amazing. Very cool and helpful staff. Will definitely visit this place. The next time I come to Burlington.

Had a fantastic experience at Burlington Bagel Bakery and Cafe! My sandwich was fresh and delicious, and the coffee hit the spot. Service was fast and friendly, and the space was clean with plenty of seating. A perfect stop for a quick and tasty bite—can’t wait to go back!

Wow. Long line, moved extremely fast. Hot tasty breakfast sandwich. Truly great experience
They don’t make enough bagels and they don’t even have almond milk for latte because I can’t have milk and oats milk’s taste awful! The Atmosphere is terrible, the Service is terrible, and the food that you don’t enough bagels is terrible. The bagel on North Ave is A lot better than this place because they have Almond milk! I WONT BE BACK HERE!!!!
