“We worked long distance with Abbey at Sugarsnap during the pandemic to plan our daughter's May 2021 wedding reception. She made everything incredibly easy and was available and timely with all of our questions. The menu options were expansive -- enough to meet the needs of all our guests with such variety. It was important to me that we highlight local ingredients, and that is simply a part of Sugarsnap's mission. Once the event finally arrived, we were anxious to sample the food after having planned for so long! We couldn't have been happier. The food was fresh, prepared and served so beautifully, and so delicious! Abbey and her staff were easy to work with -- professional but at the same time incredibly friendly and easygoing. The staff was also diligent about safety and comfort of the guests during the reception. We were glad they could be a part of our celebration, and I highly recommend them for yours!“

“Waterfront Catering Group catered my sister's wedding and it was SO GOOD! The waitstaff were attentive and kind (and helped me get creative so I could bring some of my food home) and the food was phenomenal! I had beef tenderloin that practically melted in my mouth. When I wasn't sure what I wanted to drink, the bartenders were patient and created drinks that fit the flavors I wanted. Waterfront Catering Group made a great day even more fabulous!“

“Had THE BEST breakfast at Cafe Mamajuana this past week! The Tres Leches French Toast and the La Bomba (pork roll, egg and cheese) were both ridiculously good. Everything was fresh and delicious and perfect. As someone who grew up in North Jersey, I feel like I know a little something about pork roll, egg and cheese. The Vermont made 5th Quarter Pork Roll, the slab of fried cheese and the perfectly cooked egg on a delicious roll make it one of the best the best, and maybe the best, I’ve ever had anywhere ever. And we agree that the Tres Leches French toast is our new favorite French toast. The service was friendly and attentive and we felt very comfortable and welcome. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!“

“Black Radish is excellent! I have used them several times for corporate business luncheons and they flawlessly crushed it with our Holiday dinner in December 2024 for 551 employees. Starting with, aligning on a tasty traditional meal that catered to all dietary restrictions so it would be a meal everyone could enjoy. Portioned and executed across 2 days and 4 different shifts for our manufacturing facility. I have been managing our employee events since 2019, we have had dinners at many other caterers, its always difficult to meet everyone's needs/standards.This was the first time I had RAVING reviews from everyone, and it was a fully served traditional meal with all the fixings. Topnotch service and delicious food!! I will continue to use Black Radish for any occasion. Did mention, in the summer they have a Wagu Food Truck? Also outstanding!! Do yourself a favor, hire Andrew and Stacey, you will be happy you did!“

“We had the narrated trip. Ordered the picnic basket that came with a charcuterie board and bread and 2 glasses of wine. Learned alot along the way and the service was impeccable!!“

“I cannot say enough good things about Bevo. I never once had to worry about a thing. Kathleen and her staff thought of everything. From our first meeting, we knew we were in good hands. Kathleen was so helpful and knowledgeable about the whole process and offered tons of ideas for things we hadn't even thought of. We were able to create our own menu (build your own tacos as well as a mac and cheese bar) and Kathleen offered excellent suggestions of things to go with it. You name it, and Bevo can do it. Leading up the the wedding, Kathleen was great about checking in and seeing if we needed help with anything. The day of the wedding was wonderful. The entire Bevo staff was kind, attentive and incredibly professional. The chefs out-did themselves, we are still getting compliments from our guests about the delicious food and the abundance of it. Throughout the evening, the staff would bring my wife and I water, reminding us to stay hydrated. They were all so sweet and everything went so smoothly. At the end of the evening, they provided us with two large bags full of food for us to take home, which was a real life saver the next few days with all our family in town. Between the delicious food, and the wonderful staff, we will be recommending Bevo to everyone we see. They are without a doubt the best catering company!“
