I haven't had Chipotle since moving here and I forgot just how good the food is. Excellent taste for the price. 9 out of 10, would eat the whole @$$#& menu.

There doors are never open on time and there never ready for customers. The manager acts like the kids the work.there
Just witnessed a manager physically touch and verbally belittle a employee at March 2nd @ 5pm. Mentioned something along the lines of "I don't care if your diabetic or not you get no breaks". Pretty sure that's against the American disability act plus the physical altercation.
Maybe their food is great but if this, what I seen and heard is any indication of the quality of the food and customer service I would HIGHLY suggest going elsewhere!!!

Spent $17 on a burrito bowl and the portion size was so small it didn’t even cover the bottom of the bowl. Ridiculous, never coming back here again

1st time trying Chipotle and it didn't disappoint

I put an order in for 6:20p, showed up at 6:25p to a crowd of people waiting for their online orders. There was one guy working on online orders while literally 4 other staff sat around doing nothing staring into space like zombies. Multiple other customers were sitting around openly complaining about how ridiculous this was. Manager totally asleep at the wheel apparently.
I sat and waited until 6:55p for a fast food burrito; I could've literally bought groceries and cooked it myself in that time. Then when I got home to eat it, this is what I got. I complained on the Chipotle app and they basically said thanks for the feedback, no sign of reimbursement like they used to for this soggy, blown up mess.
Save your $20(?!?!?!) and just do it yourself, this place sucks.

They move in slow motion reverse. They’re also stingy with portion sizes compared to their sibling over on Shelburne Rd. Their employees always seem to be new and also miserable, and often overwhelmed with their jobs. 🤷🏼♀️ It’s worth going just a little further to go to the other local Chipotle, or maybe just hit up FiveGuys instead.

Honestly, you're better off saving your money get chipotle when you are on vacation and not in VT
The most unsanitary restaurant I've ever been to. Being from out of town, I was shock to see such filty restaurant in a town like Burlington. Garbage everywhere, dirty tables and some employees are a danger to public health. Please raise your standards.
