Store was closed at 8, when it was supposed to close at 10. We arrived at 8:20. They give us no option of actually knowing whether it’s open before driving all the way here that it is closed. They NEVER have any mobile ordering or delivery options due to “staffing shortages” and no one answers the phone. This chipotle sucks. The staff are very rude, portions are small. I drove an hour here, unacceptable.

We could not eat there due to the overall restaurant's appearance. The tables looked very dirty, the floor too. We saw two employees, some young kids, goofing off instead of doing their jobs. We left. It looks like this place is in much need of a manager.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. 1 star is being generous. This so called manager, Quentin, charged me extra for rice when I didn’t get any.

This was my first time visiting this location and I was extremely disappointed. I will not be coming back. The first red flag was that even before I entered the restaurant I saw who I later discovered was a manager smoking a cigarette right by the entrance where children and families walk. The second was the state of the restaurant. All the tables were dirty, there was trash on the floor and restaurant as a whole was disgusting. I ordered my food and it wasn’t bad, but halfway through my bowl I noticed a piece of plastic in my salsa what looked to be part of a plastic bag. I approached the manager, the same one from outside, and he was very dismissive. First, I could not get his attention and he looked annoyed to even have to come talk to me. He wouldn’t listen to me and rolled his eyes when I showed him what I had found. He did not offer to remake the bowl or compensate me in any way, and as I left I heard him complaining about the interaction with another employee as if the whole thing was somehow my fault. Overall very disappointing service, especially from the manager, who you would think would have a better handle over the restaurant and his employees.
