Lots of inexperienced workers that don’t allow for a good time when eating. Very disappointing. Everything was dirty and had barely been cleaned and the portions of food were very small making you have to pay more for extra food in your dish. By far the WORST Chipotle I have ever been to. Absolutely don’t recommend.

Worst experience ever. I walked in at about 9:20pm. They closed at 10. The place was filthy and the guy told me they were closed. The manager came out and told me that they closed at 10 and I could order. All the employee started shaking their heads and were visibly annoyed. The food area was so disorganized and disgusting. This was my first ever time going to chipotle and when I asked the man working if any ingredients were extra he just shrugged and said “nah”. So I loaded it up. It was 16 dollars. And the burrito was ripped, leaking, and cold. I was out before 9:30pm. I get it you’re mad at someone coming in 5 minutes before closing but a while 40 minutes? Cmon get a grip man. DONT GO HERE.

One of the saddest Chiptole locations I have ever walked into. They are severely under staffed and it showed. The trashes were all overflowing and almost every table was dirty. Definitely stick to the Sherburne Road location. I ended up just walking out and not ordering food at all.

This is one of the worst chipotles I’ve ever been to - why hasn’t anyone higher up intervened?? Bowls are incredibly weak, always out of things including guac and lettuce (they tried to offer mixed greens with spinach instead ?), service is insanely slow DO NOT ORDER pick up it still is an hour wait after your pickup time you designate, unfriendly staff when you ask to correct things most likely because they’re UNDERstaffed. For being a tiny state and this being basically the only location, corporate needs to step in.

We went Tuesday at 1 p.m. Nice atmosphere. Really friendly and attentive waiter. He brought the boys a second glass of liquor without them having to ask.The boys loved their burger and fries.I had an excellent chicken and quesadilla salad. Big portions.

My son was the only one that got steak and got food poisoning BAD!!!! We read the reviews before and have been there and had bad experiences but our son didn’t listen. Him and his friends went after we told him not too. He’s the only one that got steak and he’s been sick for hours after he came back. After being to this location 2x before and seeing how dirty it is, how horrible the customer service is and they have always been out of ingredients (one time out of chips and another time out of tortillas) this place is very unreliable. We have moved all over the world and been to many Chipotles and love them. The2 locations here have completely changed our view on the restaurant. They are unsanitary, horrible customer services, and not worth spending my money. Sooooo go to Chipotle but DO NOT got to the ones in Vermont.

Mobile ordered, my buddy’s bowl was literally 1/4 full, two little pieces of meat, looked like it was already mostly eaten. We took it up to the counter and the guy was like “what do you want me to do about it? I can add more rice to it I guess?” Like.. how can you be confused by this? There is barely any food in this bowl and we payed $30 to eat here!! Awful chipotle, pass this one up.
