A pleasant (and delicious!) surprise in South Burlington. Everest Indian-Nepali Restaurant really delivers on big, complex flavors and excellent preparation. We shared a plate of fried beef Nepali dumplings -- dense, beefy meatballs in a lighter wheat wrapper, fried perfectly crisp and served with a curry dipping sauce, and a goat korma curry that was spicy and complex and absolutely delicious. Very happy with this place. Big selection of food, all was fresh and hot. Super tasty. The staff is very nice and helpful. Plenty of parking. Just a great spot for a meal, and close to the airport.
Decent Nepali restaurant. Service and serving sizes were satisfactory, the food itself was ok, but not great. However the price is lower than many other Nepali/Indian restaurants which is a big plus.
