Fresh offers a wide variety of drinks, from classic milk teas to fruity teas, and the best part is you can customize the sugar and ice levels to your liking. The staff are super professional and friendly, making the experience even better. One thing to note is that Fresh can get quite busy on weekends, but they’re impressively fast and efficient, so the wait is usually short. If you're around the Burlington area and craving bubble tea, Fresh should definitely be your go-to spot

My 7 yo old son recommends, for kids and grownups, to have the lemonade bubble tea with peach bobas. Also the staff is very helpful. I was very pleasantly surprised.

This is one of the many milk tea places in the area that uses “non-dairy creamer” (Coffee Mate) as the basis for their milk teas, which contains milk. The only vegan option here is fruit tea. If you want boba, I can verify that M-Saigon Kitchen on the other side of S. Burlington actually has vegan options; their brewed milk teas can be made with plant milks (staff are knowledgeable as well).
I love this place, they have the best bubble tea! Whenever I go to the mall I have to get some. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The manager Vania is especially great, and she always makes my experience amazing!

Very good bubble tea and will definitely return. A classic milk tea bubble tea medium cost $5.23. Located in the University Mall. Google maps sent us to the wrong end of the mall – it is located closer to the Target.

Will not be going back after the extremely unprofessional way the staff acted and being charged twice for something.
I normally enjoy going here, but after just going and seeing my drink be done and ready for five minutes before they hand it to me I won’t be going back. I understand it’s busy, but Jesus.
