Just go here. A very friendly brewer who loves his trade. The beer is fabulous and tasty...I love the ginger- very refreshing. If not for the beer go for the Carolina barbecue sandwich! I bought two four packs to take back to Maine..hopefully to last until next time I'm in Vermont.

Best ginger beer I've had. We first had the true ginger beer at Gaku Ramen in Burlington and then plan a trip the same day to the brewery to pick up a flat as well as 2 growlers of their Wayward; which is a bit spicier which I love.

Great place! Super friendly with a great atmosphere. Their ginger beers are something different from the regular craft beer scene of Vermont. If you love ginger, you will LOVE this place. They have a little something for everyone. Their ginger comes from Peru, and everything I've had here so far has been great! Especially love their new pumpkin ginger beer - no artificial pumpkin flavor. Definitely come here if you're in the area (and always drink responsibly).
