It's a Vermont A, but probably a B+ compared to a big costal city place. I only had the sushi, bc that is what I was craving. It's better than most I've had in VT. The have 3 sushi chefs working and they doo a good volume. The fish, except for the octopus, rated fresh and was tender. The octopus had been frozen, but I am 200 miles from an ocean. I would come back to have the Rainbow roll. The fish on that was as soft as butter. The sushi bar is not really the place...
Love it!! The Hibachi Style Dinner is amazing!! I highly recommend you to go there. I love the show they put on and yes they do toss vegetable in your mouth but if you dont want to, then simply say no thank you! I just went for my birthday, i was so nervous because my mother that was with me. She has allergies to shellfish, and I told the host, and they actually ended up making it perfect. No complications, they handle allergies. You name it, it was perfect. I can ask for anything...
