Friendlystaff. The store is very clean. The only complaint is that two of the three decafmochas we have had recently have only been 75% full. Been going here for years and never had anything but a full cup.

I'm I really didn't go into Starbucks but I want the most I've been into Starbucks once is it was okay but a little pricey but I guess that's what you want it's always been neat and clean and I went to Moe's and got a good dinner and it was pretty cool thank

Maybe it's just that the Starbucks style/feel is getting worn, but I guess it doesn't help when quality of the food and service is basic at best.

Ummm this is run by college girls, I ordered two drinks and had to repeat myself twice for the girl at the counter and she still got them wrong, then I asked them to remake them right and the baristas glared at me the entire time I waited for them to remake my drinks. I don't understand why I'm the bad guy for wanting the right drinks I paid for??? Then when one girl handed me my drink, I asked for validation that it was made without vanilla and she said "yes it says so on the sticker" and rolled her eyes. You mean the stickers that you got wrong the first time????? Every time I come here everyone looks miserable and doesn't get my order right. Lol go somewhere else

Not that big place, they took only a quarter of the place and mo’s got the rest probably there were only 4 tables good for 2. They have 2 tables alfresco. Service is not the usual starbucks quality-in a bad way.
Got a oatmilk brown sugar shaken espresso but it wasn't shaken and there was no cinnamon on top. There was way too much milk as well, it didn't seem standard. It wouldn't be so bad but the bathrooms were also dirty, especially for Starbucks standard and the staff weren't what I would consider friendly.

Called ahead to make sure they had their, "Been There" mug before walking out in that bad weather in Burlington, VT.Very nice employees and friendly!Place was packed but they worked diligently together and moved quickly.

Great Starbucks with lovely staff and nice seating and atomosphere. The parking lot is very accessible and its close proximity to 89 makes it a great stop for all my fellow caffeine addicts out there. I was welcomed by kind and cheerful staff and the service was quicker than any Starbucks I can remember visiting in recent years.

The remodel of this particular Starbucks is a complete failure. They took customer floor space away and put in a larger work space. When you walk in the front door you have to get through all the people waiting for orders to get down to were you place you order. Half the floor space is taken up by tables making the environment confined. You force to be in close contact with other customers which in this day and age is not a good thing. Very disappointed in what was done there. Not worth a revisit.
