I come here most mornings for my drinks before work since I work in the mall. All of the staff is so so kind. They always make the drinks perfectly. Yeah, sometimes they aren’t open when the web says they are, but that’s not their fault. They’re understaffed. You can tell they work so so hard though to give everyone what they need/want (even if they have rude customers)!! Love this Starbucks. Love the staff. I hope everyone that works there gets paid well. I doubt it because it IS Starbucks. But I always will give tips if I can afford it. Again, lovely people and I will forever be grateful for the few people that do work there❤️❤️

Consistently closed but supposed to be open. Website hours say they’re open, but they’re not. This happens a lot. No sign posted, no people around, just all dark. When they are open, they’re regularly out of a lot of food items.

It's the convenience of Starbucks inside a Target, that comes with both its upsides (can get a few things and your coffee) and downsides (almost always a line/ wait). They had hours issues in the past but so do many businesses nowadays. The people working here have been nothing but kind and deserve higher pay for the stuff they deal with on a daily basis. I go there on a semi daily basis since I work in the mall and have had nothing but neutral to positive experiences. Cannot speak on coffee but their hot chocolate ranges from good/expected to exceptional.

Just went (almost 8:30am) and hours say they open at 7am. Don’t go, it’s unreliable. Bummer when you only have a certain amount of time before work to get a coffee or if you’re on a break. Waste of time and I’m headed to work with no coffee today.

Extremely disappointing. I watched the barista spill all over my cup and not wipe it up, handing me a mess. I ordered a cold brew and received a cup of milk with 1/4 coffee, will not be returning .

These employees do their best despite the company being short on a lot of products. Super friendly and convenient being that I work across the street. Shame on Starbucks for not letting these hardworking people have a tip jar. Make sure to tip anyway.
Worst customer service I’ve seen. No matter how pleasant you are to them they are just miserable. I thank them everytime and each time they look at each other and ignore you. It’s always the same group of them that are horrible.

Never open when I’ve gone. Tried going to this Starbucks on three different days. Once at 730, 8 and even 10am and it was never opened either time. Adjust your operating hours if staffing issues are making you unable to support current hours.

I went at 7:50am and there was a Starbucks employee there and she told me 'we open at 8' so I walked around target for 10 min and returned to a lights off nobody around situation. Waited another 10 min still no one so I asked a target employee who explained in a condescending tone that employees need breaks too and they're on break. To which I responded 'it makes no sense to be on break right when the store open' and the same man said 'it's only one person and she has been here to prep the Starbucks for opening since 6am.' There's no logic to any of that if it were customer service centric: 1 employee spending 2 hours to open shop only to take a half hour break the minute it opens?
