I'm originally from Maine and it is not always easy to find great seafood in Vermont. I'm so thankful for The Fish & Chip. It stands out among all of the places I've tried here. The fish is always perfectly battered and fried, and the chips are so cravable (and I'm not usually one to even care about the fries). I highly recommend the fried haddock with the spicy homemade tartar sauce with chips topped with malt vinegar. The poutine is also excellent. Claire...
As a college student this place is one of my favorites! It’s a gem in Burlington for sure. The lady who owns this restaurant is also so nice! She always gives us extra food and is so sweet! Definitely Recommend!
The absolute best fish and chips outside of England. No exaggeration. The batter is light and perfectly crisp, and the fish flaky and hot. The fries are true to the style of a British chip.
